What to expect?
Expect to work, have fun, and sweat! Since this is a contact class, you can count on a unique experience every time. Not to be confused with mainstream cardio kickboxing classes, Muay Thai Kickboxing represents authentic fight training. You can expect to build your awareness, reaction skills, confidence, hand-eye coordination, self-defense skills, while working flexibility. Expect to work with other participants as a team player and understand that this a safe place for you to train and work with others. The 15 minutes of contact work is not a time to beat-up on your partner instead of an opportunity to learn from the other side of the mitts. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to allow time to wrap your hands.
